Sr. Media Buyer and Strategist - Facebook
AdKings Agency is looking for a Senior eCommerce Growth Expert with the primal focus on Facebook Advertising. You've to be extremely ambitious in driving tremendous results, a true leader setting an example for the team, and love challenges. You will manage a portfolio of 7 & 8-figure eCommerce clients. Your main goal will be to scale Facebook ads and maximize clients' ROI with an omnichannel strategy.

What You Will Be Doing?
- Running Facebook ads for 7 figure eCommerce clients with budgets ranging from 30K to 900K/month
- Strategizing cross-channel activities for Adwords, Email, CRO, Landing pages etc.
- Identifying and execute on innovations that could help to reach breakthroughs in results by optimizing offers, product range, sales channels, funnel, website, ad copy, creative, etc.
- Driving internal agency's Facebook Ads skills growth creating and systemizing ad buying methods
- Leading 3-4 key clients accounts from 7 figure businesses to becoming 8 figure brands
- Doing Rapid testing and implementing new ideas in a short amount of time by utilizing your own skills and the team
- Giving feedback and optimize internal operations yourself like creating new structures or SOPs
- Helping to create, track and optimize main goals and KPIs for AdKings team and Clients
About You
- You are fluent in English
- You are organised & can meet deadlines reliably
- A natural Growth Hacker interested in challenges, effectiveness, finding new undiscovered ways
- Experience with Facebook ads for at least 3 years and spending 100k-300k/month or more per eCommerce project
- You have a good understanding of Email, CRO, Adwords and could set goals, monitor their performance
- You are good at reading data, analyzing it, and creating data-based reports
- Self-learner personality and somebody who is able to adapt fast according to feedback
- A team player with the high motivation, ambition and solution oriented attitude
- A driven, proactive individual interested in self-improvement, reading books, consuming content and aiming to become the better version of yourself
Forget typical freelancing problems like sales, managing clients, being the only person who has to do everything.
